Construction Management at-Risk (“CM-at-Risk”) has become the preferred delivery system for large construction projects nationwide due to its planning and economic benefits. The CM-at-Risk process involves the owner from the very beginning of the design process, also known as the pre-construction phase. This allows for early collaboration between architects and engineers to keep the project within budget and on schedule.
